The CEO will be responsible for the growth of the a well-known international restaurant chain in China.
This position includes responsibility for the brand management、outlets expansion、sales volume and profit growth.  
The position will report directly to the CEO of its parent company.
Specific Responsiblities
◎Initiate sales opportunities and develop sales volume and profits;
◎Supervise the food delivery operation up to quality and customer satisfaction goals;
◎Grow、train、and manage franchise sales force;
◎Solidify a strong partnership with local governments and media;
◎Make recommendations from competitive intelligence;
◎Coordinate PR participation and ensure the brand is effectively presented;
◎Supervise the marketing department to ensure a coherent sales activities;

Specific Responsibilities
 
◎Maximize the sales volume、market share and profit performance;
◎Penetrate new markets where the company does not have distribution;
◎Recruit high quality sales staff and motivate and cultivate sales teams;
◎Establish realistic sales quotas and methods and evaluate regional sales managers;
◎Terminate and replace sales managers not performing to the benefit of the company’s goals;
◎Have technical knowledge in application engineering、specifications、and troubleshooting;
◎Conduct product training seminars for sales staff and customers;
◎Support field sales staff. This includes participation in trade shows、troubleshooting sales problems、and evaluating competition in the market;
